What you'll learn here
In this 18–24 month paid fellowship, you’ll develop the skills to become a mentor, educator, and leader. You’ll learn facilitation, communication, and leadership through hands-on training and real-world experience. You’ll also gain professional development that prepares you for long-term career growth.

What the experience looks like
You’ll work alongside staff, social workers, and counselors while learning to lead workshops and support other parents. Training includes mentorship, certification, and real responsibilities within programs. This is both a learning experience and a professional pathway.
